Electronic Timesheets Procedures for Employees

Employee timesheets are completed and filed electronically.  An icon is provided on the desktop of each employee’s computer to access the timesheet

You may start entering hours into the Employee Time Sheet Application Database the Tuesday after the previous timesheets were due. Timesheets are generally due Monday mornings; staff will be informed of due dates that are changed due to holidays or other directives from the city’s Payroll Office.
