James Olson

James was appointed to the Library Board in December 2004. His past community involvements include: Rapid City YMCA Board, Allied Arts Fund Drive Board, Black Hills Symphony Board, Rapid City Board of Education and the Rapid City Public School Foundation. James brings a vast amount of expertise in the fields of business, law and politics to the library. James received an Undergraduate degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota.
