David Seger

David was appointed as Pennington County Liaison in December 2010. He is a retired Episcopal priest serving in church-related education and administration. His last position before retirement was serving for 17 years as assistant to the Bishop of Northern Indiana. Locally he is associated with Emmanuel Episcopal Church and volunteers for a number of outreach projects. He believes the library should continue to expand services throughout the county, attracting new patrons to further educate and transform our community.
