The special meeting of the Rapid City Public Library Board of Trustees was called to order by James Olson on June 11, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. 

Members Present:  Monte Loos, James Olson, Ron Kroeger, Stephanie Big Crow and Greta Chapman

Excused:  Maria McCarthy-Anderson and Sandra McNeely

Executive session permitted by SDCL 1-25-2

Kroeger motioned to move into Executive Session; Big Crow seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.

Loos motioned to come out of Executive Session; Kroeger seconded. No action was taken.

Big Crow motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:45 p.m.; Loos seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.
