Recommendation: Adopt updates to the Library Behavior Policy

Background: The Safety and Security workgroup for the Strategic Plan reviewed the library’s Behavior Policy and identified areas which require clarification.

The statement added to the first offense more completely states our practice of suspending patrons for the remainder of a day if a first verbal warning is not effective. The remaining changes are for clarity.
