RE: Strategic Plan Review Survey Summary

Summary: The Strategic Plan Review was held on July 23, 2009 with staff, board, and the mayor attending. A survey was distributed and the majority of participants rated the meeting highly. Charts for each survey question are included as well as a summary of the written responses.

Overall Comments Summary:

· The time constraints of the meeting were mentioned by many survey participants who wanted more time for small group discussion and for longer presentations from the consultants

· They enjoyed the review and were pleased that the review included staff as well as board members

· The outcome of the meeting bettered their understanding of how their jobs fit within the Strategic Plan

· Regular information updates were requested from the various Strategic Plan workgroups
