Re: Strategic plan work groups and timeline

In order to implement the updated Strategic Plan, a number of workgroups have been established. Staff was assigned to various workgroups based on their interests and roles, and an initial timeline was outlined.

After reviewing the timeline, it was identified that the proposed schedule was faster than can be accomplished while accommodating other library programs and events. Therefore, the schedule was adjusted to move some projects farther into 2009.

With the updated timeline, the overall implementation of the Strategic Plan can be accomplished by 2010 as planned.
