The April Chamber of Commerce Mixer provided a showcase for the library’s space use enhancements throughout the main floor. The majority of the space use project was complete for that event; that evening’s attendees as well as patrons who use the library daily have had many positive comments about the new furnishings, paint colors, and space configurations.
The attached matrix identifies completed projects as well as those that are outstanding. The demolition of a corner staff office to make a public seating area will begin following Board action on the engineering agreement, to be presented for Board review at the May meeting.
