Re: Early closing for Chamber Mixer
Recommendation: To close the library at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, to allow for setup for the Chamber Mixer.
In 2006 the library closed at 3:00 so that a Foundation dinner could be set up. This time frame allowed sufficient time for the arrangements to be fully set up for a 6:00 p.m. event. The library has also closed early for other Foundation events, as well as for the Chamber Mixer that was previously hosted.
Notification will be provided to the public regarding the early closing.
