This is a recommendation for a
correction to the contract
approval list for an additional four 3M Library Systems pieces of equipment
to be added to the current maintenance contract. The additional cost for the equipment through
3M Library Systems are accounted for in the library’s maintenance contract
budget line item.

Library Systems is a previous and preferred vendor of the Library. The Library has added four new pieces of
equipment to the inventory; one media- check machine and three self-check
machines.
