Summary:
The library tracks statistics
regarding the use of library services and resources, and these are used for
planning and evaluation purposes. In
reviewing how we collect statistics, some changes will be implemented.
Implemented changes:
- Recording Social Networking (Library 2.0)

We will be
collecting data on Social Networking services. That number will be a composite
of participants in these services whether they are fans, networked users,
posts, or websites added.
o
We will evaluate
this statistic through the year.
- Creation of graphs that automatically change when
new data is entered allowing for quick visual checks on changes
- Creation of General Beadle tab within statistical
workbook so that we are correlate trends between the two locations.
- Addition of a tab that covers the past 12 months
o
Year-to-date has
not been useful for the first several months of the year.
o
Trends may be
spotted sooner by including a past-twelve-months look at the data.

Statistical
definitions have been consolidated into one document for ease and efficiency in
tracking our internal definitions.
