Christmas Party the Elks Club

There was a brief meeting where President Keith Storms thanked people for coming.  There were 14 people in attendance.  There was a brief treasurer’s report given by our Treasurer Karen Allen.  The past month’s daily book sale revenue was $1,368.50 and she reported that the gross from the annual book sale was $5,317.00.  After expenses, including the food from the Chop House for the presale we were left with $3,070.75.  Keith thanked everyone who worked and handed out certificates to those people who had helped with the sale.  He thanked Secretary Jim Miller for making the certificates.  Keith said the officers were meeting with Teri Davis in January to go over budget requests before they will be presented to the membership.  He introduced new officers, Carol Jenkins who will be Treasurer and Pat McKay who will be Vice-President.  Jim Miller will continue as Secretary and Craig DeJager will be the new President.
