1972 Rapid
City Flood Media Documents
Included with this memo are
the terms of agreement for the archiving of the Rob Dewall
1972 Rapid City Flood Media documents. This agreement is entered into with the
Rapid City Public Library and the
Preservation
of paper documents would be overseen by the Journey.
The
Rapid City Public Library would scan and index print documents. The scanned
documents would be indexed through the South Dakota Library Network online
catalog.
Storage
of the original documents would be retained by the Journey.
Other
artifacts – the Journey will review
and if other artifacts for preservation and access this will be discussed
jointly between the two partners.
