Re: Statistics Summary
With the continuing holiday season, many statistics are down from last month.
- Fewer cards were issued than in November; and computer use, circulation, and adult programming were all down.
- The gate count was consistent.
- We are up in ILL. This seems to be due to the limitations of the Aleph ILL system. It is no longer possible for other libraries to ask for materials from RCPL last, so more requests are coming to us.
- Programs and attendance were up in Youth services. We believe this is due to consistency of programming and effective public awareness efforts.
- Total added materials are up due to an effort throughout the building to reduce the backlog, as well as a more efficient workflow that has been developed.
