Board approval of an updated contract renewal policy.
Background: A review of the annual contract renewal policy and the 2006 budget showed that three network contract services had inadvertently been left off the contract renewal policy list. These have now been added, and the updated policy is ready for Board approval.
The $2,590 renewal cost for these contracts has been budgeted for in the 2006 budget.
