Re: Board funds budget clarification
Recommendation: Due to a revision in a line item amount the
Board will need to adopt the revised Board Fund Budget for 2006.
Background: Based on a question raised at the December Board meeting, I reviewed the Board Funds Budget line item for 4118, Temporary wages.
The $50,000 amount budgeted for wages is correct; however, only $24,000 of it should be 4118 Temporary wages. The remaining $26,000 should be allocated to the 4110 Salary and wages line item. This is an accounting correction, and will not change the amount of the overall Board Funds Budget.
