These are the dates agreed upon at today's staff meeting - I have plugged in the information to the Mayor's schedule. - Please let me know of any changes.

Jan 18th - Review the "Growth Initiatives" form - Jerry Cole will get a copy to everyone - plan to discuss how to use form.

March 1 - Revenue discussion.

March 2 - Off site discussion  - Red Room/Civic Center has been reserved - (juice/coffee/rolls /fruit available for breakfast) -- lunch will be provided  at noon  - Time agreed on is 8 am to 1 pm.  (breakfast will be available at 7:30 am)

March 8 - Growth Initiative Forms due.

March 15 - 1st presentation by Attorney/Finance/Library/Parks & Rec - Time agreed on is 7:30 to 10 am.

March 22 - regular staff meeting due to Board of Equalization hearings.

March 29 - 2nd presentation by Public Works/Fire/Growth Management/Police - Time agreed on is 7:30 to 10:30 am.

April 5 - Prioritizations - Time agreed on is 7:30 to 10 am

April 13 - Base Budget due to Finance Office.
