The Library is on track in expending the 2006 City and County budgets. At this time, there are no major concerns or line items that attention should be drawn to.
The Library has been preparing the 2007-09 City Budget documents. While the numbers for 2007 may seem high, by 2009 increasing costs will be quite minimal. The costs associated with the Space Use Survey and emerging technology drive the larger increases in 2007 and 2008. The Library anticipates reaching a level of maintenance by 2009.
