Re: 2008 Budget Planning – Annual Statistics
and Staffing Resources
Recommendation:
Consulting services that will provide a review of existing data and information
related to staff scheduling and assessment of job descriptions. The report from
this review would be utilized for the 2008 Budget Draft and Strategic Plan
goals. A Proposal of Staff Scheduling is linked.
The proposal would be revised to include assessment of job descriptions for a
total cost not to exceed $7,000. Funding is recommended from the 2007 Board
Funds consulting services line item.
