The special meeting of the Rapid City Public Library Board of Trustees was called to order by Monte Loos on November 29, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. 

Members Present:  Monte Loos, James Olson, Ron Kroeger, Eric Abrahamson, Greta Chapman, Karie Price, Maria McCarthy-Anderson and Sandra McNeely

Audience:  none

Executive Session:  Contract

Olson moved to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion contractual matters; McCarthy Anderson seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.

Abrahamson moved to come out of Executive Session; McCarthy Anderson seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.

Abrahamson moved to direct the City Attorney to proceed according to discussion in the Executive Session; Olson seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.

Abrahamson moved to adjourn at 3:50 p.m.; McNeely seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.
