Re: RSVP MOU
Recommendation: Approve the RSVP MOU for the upcoming 3-year period.
Background: RSVP is a volunteer organization that provides volunteers for the library. Every three years they ask us to sign an updated Memorandum of Understanding outlining the roles of RSVP and the Library in this relationship.
Several sections of this MOU are marked Not Applicable; RSVP receives federal funding and so is required to use a federally-provided form, but they have the latitude to mark sections not applicable when they do not apply to specific partners.
Approval of the MOU will allow for continuation of a successful partnership between RSVP and the library.
