Re:       Contract Recommendation: Publisher Release Dates

Our major materials supplier, Ingram, has requested that we sign an annual early release agreement. This is to insure them that we will not release materials to the public before their
official publication or release date. At this time, this has only been a concern with the most recent Harry Potter book.

If we choose not to sign the agreement, we may not receive some popular titles in a timely manner.

Because this agreement is contractual in nature, it is being presented to you for approval or rejection. If approved, it will be added to the Contract Approval list as an annual renewal item.
