Please recommend board approval of an additional funding of $78,091 for Salaries and Benefits. $10,717 is due to union negotiation increases and $67,354 is revenue designated for staffing from the Board Funds. Previously the budget was updated by supplemental increases as revenue was deposited to the City account from the Board Fund account. This is no longer necessary with the transferring of the funds to the City. There are no other changes to the 2006 Budget.
