Why do some libraries have a higher % increase compared to others – perhaps a question for consultant?

Consider determining an average increase per type of library for equity

Databases are under the structure of the formula

CatExpress – cataloging for small libraries $10,000 (a cap on amount of use paid by SDLN)

Other services that are added on after the formula (fee):  Internet

           

Databases

History of selection is based upon on multiple type library use

Evolution of selection is becoming more specific in use and offered on a per cost instead of coming under the formula

Potential revenue generator outside of formula: authentication for use of hardware and staffing to provide
