May 9^th	Web site	Headline announcing upcoming hours change followed by notification of change on June 1st
May 2^nd through May 31^st	Standard publicity	Newsletter: Article announcing upcoming change in May edition and reinforced with June edition (1400+ print circulation, 350+ email notification, issue also posted on website, newsletter available by the first of each month) Signs: In house – signs announcing impending change beginning May 2 Date Due Slips: Beginning May 2^nd, date due slips with announced change on back, and matching “stuffer” for mailed notices Date due slips dated June 1^st onward will list new hours PSAs to newspaper/magazines, radio stations and television stations: Journal calendar of events – begin submitting this info for first week of 2 week PSAs – announcement of new hours submitted to radio stations and TV station calendars 2 weeks before June 1^st Journal Calendar: Weekly reminder of upcoming change starting first week of May KNBN Newscenter 1 Morning Show: Regularly scheduled (2^nd Wed. of the month – May 11^th) – mention this upcoming change
May 2^nd through June 30th	Web site	May 2^nd: Headline announcing upcoming hours change, to remain posted through June 30th June 1: Jim Soehle will change the main page template to reflect the new hours
May 15th	Front Entrance Glass	Window painting “attention grabber” for upcoming change
May 23rd	Portable sign	Lg. scrolling signboard announcing change on corner of covered parking lot – needs permit
May 28	Front Doors	Permanent lettering to be changed to new hours = Carlos – SH follow up with Carlos
May 2	Web site	Jim Soehle will change hours on main web site template
May 15 + 31	Phone message	Jennifer Read will have phone message changed to new hours
May 31^st	Print publications	Print publications throughout the library will be replaced with updated versions with new hours.
