Recommendation: To close the library at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, to allow for setup for the annual Foundation Dinner. |

Last year the library closed at 4:30 so that the Foundation dinner could be set up. The request this year would allow for sufficient time for the arrangements to be fully set up in time for the 6:00 p.m. event. |
