The Rapid City Public Library Board of Trustees is requesting proposals from individuals interested in providing concession services, in the form of a coffee bar or coffee cart, at the Rapid City Public Library. Proposals must be submitted pursuant to the guidelines contained in the document “Request for Proposals City of Rapid City Rapid City Public Library Coffee Bar.” Copies of the document are available for review at the Rapid City Public Library.
