Re: Strategic plan next steps
Following the joint Board / Management Team strategic planning meeting held on July 13th to discuss the four goals outlined as priorities by the Board, the Management Team has outlined the following as next steps. The notes from this session are on file.
The Management Team and staff will use the information discussed at the joint meeting to move forward to gather additional information to address and implement these goals. Two proposals are included in the Board notebook related to the Board priorities.
