Recommendation: Clarify the Outreach Services offered by the library, and allow homebound patrons the full services of the library. |

|
Background: Until the Outreach Service had been fully established with defined routes, we were not able to consider deliveries for interlibrary loan or in-demand materials. We now have delivery areas and are able to provide these special deliveries without extra travel for our drivers. |
