Special Meeting

December 29, 2003

A special meeting of the Rapid City Public Library Board of Trustees was called to order by Chairman Roy Burr on December 29, 2003 at 12:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to open and review bids for carpet replacement at the Library.

Present were Roy Burr, Bobbie Christenson, Ron Kroeger and Melanie Roziewski. Absent: Eric Abrahamson and Phyllis Dixon.

Kroeger moved, Christenson seconded to accept the bid from Ken’s Carpet & Decorating Co. in the amount of $35,590.00. Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned by consensus at 12:05 p.m.
