State of the Library Address -- February 26, 2009
The annual Rapid City Public Library State of the Library Address took place at the February 26, 2009 All Staff Meeting at the downtown library. Presentations by a variety of individuals reviewed the accomplishments of the past year, 2008, and speculated on further gains in library usage in 2009 when the library would be an especially valued resource in a community facing economic challenges, like most of the rest of the nation.
