  • If you are unsure if the library owns the item you are requesting, please click here to search the online catalog or ask a staff member for assistance.
  • Materials owned by the Rapid City Public Library are not available for interlibrary loan from another library.
  • Requests may take two to six weeks to process.
  • If you are requesting materials in a series or with more than one volume or season, please fill out a separate request for each item. (Example: If a TV show has five seasons, please complete this form five times, once for each season.)
  • Please note that microfilm rentals or other prepaid requests must be made in person at the Reference desk.
