Family Adventure: "Scavanger Hunt"
Families will have the chance to discover some unique features of the city in the Rapid City Public Library Family Adventure Scavenger Hunt this summer.

There will be questions that require participants to go to locations such as the presidential statues, city parks, the Journey Museum, the Dahl Art
Center, the Civic Center and other locations to find the answers to the clues.

Those who choose to explore the city will also have the opportunity to find
answers to questions on the library’s social networking sites such as MySpace, the Rapid City Flood website, YouTube and Flickr.

Pick up a Family Adventure Booklet from either library or download one HERE, then round up the family to scour the city in search of answers to 15 questions.

Return your completed Family Adventure Booklet to either library for a prize! Completed booklets go into a drawing for larger prizes at the end of the summer. The last day to turn in booklets is August 31, 2009.
